I just finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and I think my head is going to explode. There will be no spoilers posted on this blog, and any comments containing spoilers will be promptly deleted, but oh, people, if you're not done with the book yet, brace yourself. Your head is going to explode, too.
Now I need to go to sleep before midnight for the first time since Saturday. Dan is really thankful that J.K. Rowling only releases one of these books every few years.

Ok, Haley is acting like a little kid. At about 11pm last night, I told her to put down the book and go to sleep. She agreed. Twenty minutes later I told her to put down the book and go to sleep. She whined at me that she was almost finished. Another ten minutes later she begrudgingly agreed.
The moral of this story is - Never tell your kid that can stay up as late as they want as long as they are reading. (This is what Haley's mom used to tell her.) When they grow up, their spouse will not get any sleep.

Watch out Dan... I'm sure Debbie put the Mother's Curse on Haley at some point in her life she said "I hope when you have children... they are just like you." You know the curse works. In your case I think you got a great deal out of it. Get ready for your children to be reading all night long!
