Well, we made it home from the hospital yesterday and survived the first night. Haley's mom "Gam" made it in last night and we are grateful for the help. For now, more pictures. Haley will try to get a real blog entry up soon.

She looks like you, Haley. That's a good thing, especially considering the alternative. (Just pickin', Dan.)

Kate is about the most perfect baby I've ever seen. She came out in ship-shape model baby form. Darling.
Also, Dan, you are to be commended for keeping your readers informed in all things Kate. This is the way blogging about babies should be. Well done! : )

I have tears of joy just looking at these pictures! She is so beautiful. I'm not just saying that, you know like how you never tell new parents that their baby "isn't" beautiful?! (that episode of Seinfield comes to mind!), but Kate truly is a really beautiful baby! Thanks Dan for keeping all of us up to date with all the excitement ya'll are going through. Lots of hugs to you three. We love you!

I have been beaming with joy since Saturday. She is so perfect. Haley... now that I look again I see what you were saying about her lips looking like yours... but she definitely has some traces of her daddy in her! Oh and those cheeks... I'm not sure there's ever been a baby so cute!
I love you Haley and Dan. Dan, thank you for keeping the blog updated, Daniel and I have both been so eager for news from your sweet new family. :) I know you are so proud.

Haley,Dan and Gam,
Kate is so beautiful, she looks just like Haley!
I love looking at her pictures on the blog, Seeing you Debbie holding that precious baby brings back wonderful memories of you holding my newborn babies, you are such a natural!!! I pray Haley is healing and getting some rest, Dan too!! Haley , enjoy every minute of Kates babyhood it goes by way too fast,I'm so glad your sweet Mama is their to help you in these first weeks, I wish I were there holding her too, Your Mom will have to have a sip and see when you go to Hattisburg and I'll be on the front door steps chomping at the bit to hold Kate.
I love you all and am praying for you !!
